PWC-500 Heavy Duty Cold Compaction Styrofoam Densifier
The PWC-500 is one of our cold compaction densifiers. It is a hand fed unit capable of processing up to 500 lbs. of EPS or PIR per hour. The PWC-500 shreds loose foam and shuttles it into a compaction chamber via an auger. The result is a volume reduction ratio of 60:1 and a brick that is ideal for palletizing. The PWC-500 densifies expanded polystyrene (EPS) and polyisocyanurate (PIR).
