These high-capacity machines are capable of compacting styrofoam into dense blocks on an enterprise-level, significantly reducing volume and facilitating cost-effective storage and transportation.
PWC-1000 Enterprise Cold Compaction Styrofoam Densifier
The PWC-1000 is a conveyor fed system that includes a separate high-speed shredder and blower that fills a bag/silo with large quantities of shredded foam. The shredded foam then gravity feeds onto an auger that shuttles the material into a chamber where the material is compacted. The result is a volume reduction ratio of 60:1 and a brick that is ideal for palletizing. This system is capable of processing up to 500 lbs. of loose foam per hour. The PWC-1000 densifies expanded polystyrene (EPS) and polyisocyanurate (PIR).
